they don't shy away from difficult conversations, which can be hard to hear but I'm never confused about how I'm performing, which helps me understand 1. leadership sets ambitious goals - sometimes I think they're impossible to reach - but does empower us to get at least close to meeting them. we hear a lot about the "future of work" but I honestly think that's happening at Crossover.
